Magnesium oil body spray, Zechstein Inside®, 100 ml. Zechstein Inside® Magnesium Chloride, considered the world's purest natural source of magnesium. Magnesium plays an important role in cellular metabolism and the synthesis of DNA, RNA and proteins . Magnesium is needed to regulate muscle contractions, blood pressure, insulin metabolism, cardiac excitability, vasodilation and narrowing, and nerve transmission. The use of magnesium through the skin is well suited for relieving muscle tension and cramps and for post-workout muscle areas.

- Spray on skin and massage.
- Leave on for 10 minutes and wash off if desired.
- The first use may cause tingling, which is normal.
